I’m Eitan Bienstock — a strategist, entrepreneur, and educator.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked across the startup, corporate, and innovation ecosystems in Australia, the US and globally. I’ve built ventures, raised capital, advised corporates, and coached founders and leaders through moments of complexity and change.
I also lead the Future Leader Lab at UNSW, a program I created to help students develop the skills to lead with purpose in a world shaped by technology and sustainability.
My coaching combines sharp strategy with deep focus, whether we’re talking, walking or paddling through the harbour. Clients come when they need clarity, perspective, or a shift in how they approach decisions and growth.
Before all this, I was an elite rower. I represented my country at international regattas and twice at the World Rowing Championships. That discipline, focus and connection to movement still shape how I work.
Whether in sport or in leadership, progress happens when things work in sync. Real clarity comes when thinking, direction and action align. I work with people to reach that point where complexity becomes manageable and decisions gain momentum.
